rimmie
Hi all, Picked this up today, Remington 11-48 .410. Its in really good nick, it's had a raised check piece added at some point. 3" chamber with I'm sure full choke. Not bad for £250 !!! fortune
Hi Rimmie. Why would it need to have the stock modified? How does it shoulder up as it is now?
16BoreFan
Let us know how you get on with it! Quite a rare find, especially at that price 😊
rimmie
Hi fortune, it's fine actually. I can rest my cheek on the remaining stock with no comb. It comes up well, if a little short. Il probably only run 3" shells through it. I got 50 at the same time so il give it whirl tomorrow. I actually bought it as an investment for my son, but since he's only 15 months old, I get to play with it for a while. impala59
Result! Pretty gun that will last well up to your son taking possession and throughout his shooting career!
rimmie
Hope so, quite unusual find. Especially at the price I got it for. Definitely a keeper.

buze
Whomever did that stock adapter was pretty handy too, nice job there! Didn't even know you could get a semi-auto on 410 given the lack of recoil... Shot my SxS last week-end, a whole (expensive) slab too, heaps of fun! Zapp
Is it? Well, there you go. Serves me right for looking at the pics rather than reading the post properly. I thought it was the same as a 1100 series. Every day is a school day
