Old Boggy Posted May 12, 2017 Report Share Posted May 12, 2017 I remember watching John Aspinall, Damian`s father, in the gorilla enclosure at Howletts wildlife park many times and he had the same affinity with the gorillas as Damian and Tansy. The Aspinall foundation have done sterling work in reintroducing the gorillas and other animals gradually back into the wild and their natural environment. John Aspinall, a good friend of Lord Lucan, allegedly assisted Lucan to escape the country, but despite that and his extreme gambling habit, was a good all round egg in animal conservation.
