Created by a fashion designer years ago because it looked "cool". It's been adopted to mean anything you want it to be. Google it 👍

Could be wrong but I think this came about when Police Officers who wished to wear the flag on their uniform were told they couldn't as the colours didn't fit in with regulation black / white colour scheme so possibly belonging to a Police Officer.

 

Either that or an NUFC fan...

but in real terms i.m.h.o :no::no::no: :no: :no::no::no: its our national flag and should not be messed around with but unfortunately in this this day and age national pride is a fast diminishing thing .
