Traztaz
the only danger is that they can slip, I have a cracked stock on an old sxs because of this
sportsbob
For some air rifles I have seen a spacer plate the fits between the stock and the recoil pad with a swivel built in the spacer, it will lengthen the pull by what looks like 6mm. This is what i used on my old double10 years ago, one sling stud in the stock a strong key ring in the stud and threw the dog lead grip over the barrels and clipped it to the ring, just took it off when i got where i wanted to be shooting, or could shoot with it on ok never distracted me.
