Cold beer $9/12, petrol $2.38 per GALLON, sitting in excellent beach front restaurant eating bucket of crab claws with salad and cold (imported) Chablis (and getting change from $60 for dinner for 2) in same tee shirt and shorts worn on the white sand beach (big sign at restaurant front door "No shirt, no shoes.......NO PROBLEM), free parking and sea water temp 87f. Only downsides? A. Very loud yanks! B. Missing the dog (occasionally!). C. Sharks ? Edited May 17, 2018 by Eyefor

Never paid that even at a few pricey restaurants we visit.

Once had a huge turtle surface next to me once, theyve got some powerful gob on them, youve never seen someone exit the water as fast, leaped out like aquaman I did ? getthegat
Spent many days in that part of the world when I was young; Porlock toll road was always fun. Lorna Doone valley with its ford and there use to be a riding center where you could hire a horse and treck upon the moors. Great place. Great times.
