Devon and Cornwall Firearms Dept.

As a Dorset resident, and fairly happy with their firearms performance till this year, I recently found that Devon and Cornwall firearms dept. had taken over the Dorset work. We  all criticize poor performance, so I have to say well done to them for a fine, positive and productive response to problems caused by the transfer of information between the forces. A pleasure to deal with, good advice, listened to my worries, and came through on the two occasions with renewal problems. Never thought I`d post this, but we have to flag up anything like this, so they know we appreciate being treated like human beings ! Just a bit of common sense !!!

Never had a problem with West Midlands ........until they joined up with Staffordshire. Now we are overseen by an administration who doesn't know me from Adam, and I don't know anyone from there. As a result things that had been easy to deal with over the last umpteen years are now causing me a problem, as no-one in Staff's is a familiar face who was able to sort things out over the phone or face-to-face down at Lloyd House.
