Wash your mouth out Dougy I get kiln dried hardwood for the log burner from a company that makes rocking horses. These are large off cuts mainly oak, but I've had mahogany, walnut and elm etc which always seem far too good to burn. My neighbour has made some amazing trinket boxes from some he spotted in my log store. I only wish that I had his skill with wood. Walker570 please let us know what you are going to make with it, complete hopefully, with photos. OB
