panoma1
The lies, unfounded and unproved allegations of illegal activities, made in the media, by certain high profile extremist animal protectionists, against hunters, shooters, farmers, gamekeepers et al, for example, relating to so called “raptor persecution”...........may hopefully now, be challenged, and they may have to prove their allegations and answer for any defamatory allegations they make, in a court of law?.....About time! I would love to see them squirm.....for a change! That is certainly a way I would support our representative organisations fighting back! panoma1
Does this mean that any media that publishes unfounded allegations made by extremist animal protectionists will also be liable?

The Mighty Prawn
Social media is still the wild west, say what you like with very little chance of comeback - maybe this is a step towards people actually having to take responsibility for what they post
