Gordon R
Anyone know what will bring off graffiti. A friend is trying to remove some. It looked like permanent marker and I gave him some acetone, but no effect.

Centrepin
I heard WD40 works, but never needed to try it myself.
fatchap
Lots of Graffiti removers on the market, but go for one with a "Thixotropic" solution, I used to do graffiti removal as a job and its not as easy as it sounds, red and black spray paint was the worst especially for "Ghosting" where the image remains even though you have removed the main image. Cellulose thinners will work on marker pen but you have to be careful with the surface the graffiti is on, if its UPVC or any other form of plastic thinners will do more harm than good.
