aister
With very little foreshore shooting up here my season is usually done at the end of January. I was working in the morning but got home early enough to grab the gun and the hound and head out for a walk. Managed to come home with a mallard and a snipe. Always good to end the season with something to pluck.

captainhastings
Very nice pictures and well done folks. My spot was flooded out Saturday so that was me done. Been a good season in between lockdowns with some great sport and scenery. But we lost a good half of it 😞 Just looking forward to bass fishing and some crows and pigeons now

Scully
Waiting for the ducks last Saturday night. It was much colder than it looked, with a bitter wind right off the Fells.

Scully
3 minutes ago, London Best said: That looks a useful pond. Thanks, it is. It is fed by another to its left, higher up, which is trickle fed from the Fells so never really freezes, and attracts Wigeon and Mallard like nobodies business. islandgun
The splashes I spent the last two evenings of the season [hay meadow in the summer] managed a Greylag and mallard
figgy
Nice to see pics of your outings, due to covid lockdowns my season ended early, not allowed to drive to go Wildfowling. Looks like some good spots you all have.
