Vince Green
If you are into muzzle loading there is nobody much except Krank these days. My OH has an aunt who lives a few miles from their shop so before covid i used to manage an annual visit to stock up. They are not cheap, the guns in the shop are top money
alan123shooting
I started looking for a No4 but they are not a cheap rifle anymore, I purchased a pretty mint PH custom no.1 which I stalk with occasionally, I love it all for £425 including 80 rounds of hunting ammunition Edited March 17, 2022 by alan123shooting

I would love a lee speed for a classic hunting rifle. It wouldn't be much use for the competitions I want to shoot though. There is one on Holts main sale estimate £1500-2000, I did provisionally buy one but on closer inspection it was a complete dog

I have a PH catalogue from back in the day when the rozzers still used them.

I could be wrong of course, it would be an extraordinary survivor in that condition.

Always worth a look though I can never come out of that place without buying something. Highwood Classic Arms is also worth speaking to. He has some interesting stuff but it goes quickly. Would be worth a phone call.

Mr.C
And Highwood also refurb and rebarrel if necessary. Their website gives all the details.
Newbie to this
Seems I may be lucky, someone at my club is giving up shooting and is selling their No4. Fingers crossed it's a good one, at a fair price, I haven't seen it yet as he hasn't shoot for quite a few years.
