They have to stop at some point as does Hezbollah, Hamas, and Iran. The leadership of all sides clings to power (ala Putin) creating fear and hatred as a reason for their own existence.

Families of the innocent pay the price of these wars with their blood and sooner or later they will refuse to pay.

An all out war with Iran (backed by China) will have the world calling for peace.

Israel will stop when it has killed or moved every last one of them.

Iraq and Iran, the biggest armies in the area once went to war against each other, they killed a couple of million on each side, roll on a few years and the west prepare to go to war against Iraq, they were expecting a tough fight against a war seasoned army, in the end it was like shooting fish in a barrel and the mighty Iraq army was pushed aside with ease.

While Iran may have a big army they don't pose the threat that a modern well equipped army does, and Israel have the very best.

China may back them but won't go to war for them, china has its own agenda, and when it wants to fight it will chose it's time(probably Taiwan).

Just because you are a big army doest mean you will win, chat to Russia about their 2 day expected war and their major losses, a couple of years down the line.

Israel has defended itself against multiple armies in the region attacking it in the past and kicked all their backsides.

I agree that one day they will all have to talk for peace, but usually the victor decides when that is, and in Israel's case it looks like it will be after they destroy almost all of the terrorist infrastructure they can find, setting the said terrorists back many years.

Yes because when they first attacked they where shooting at cars going down the road after they crashed they pulled the passengers out and shot them and Israel still hasnt got all the hostages back

There is no chance of Hammas or Hezbollah giving up as each child born of these groups is brainwashed to hate all non Islamists There have been pictures of boy / child  soldiers of 4 yrs old brandishing AK47,s why can these children not be allowed to make up their own minds about who to love or hate. This is a medievil doctrine and not of the modern world and can only be brought into the 21st century if the leaders are removed

And how many of those cars they fired on contained non Isrealis bet they could not care less

I would not disagree. Other than it's often the growing opposition to conflict that calls for peace either through protest or the ballot box. Leaving unfinished business. Half completed campaigns. Political vacuums that grow new poison. Neither side can 'win'.

But Israel have far more chance of winning this war.

They have systematically sought out the weapon building and launching sites, the tunnels, the hiding behind civilians sites and then the leadership of their enemies.

I wonder how many rockets are being built right now?

Are Hamas, Hezbollah and any one else who wants to eradicate the Jews from the face of the earth not able to see it can NEVER happen?

I think you have to change Iran fundamentally.

They’re still trying to develop nuclear weapons and their only “real” aim seems to be wiping Israel off the map.  Until they change, Israel won’t feel safe.

I foresee the Iranian Islamic Guards’ assorted bunkers turning to glass, forcing the Iranian religious leadership to either change its tune pretty quickly, or else go the same way.

We have forgotten how the world has to tiptoe round that unadulterated nutter in North Korea. Imagine adding Iran as a nuclear power into that mix and a good slug of the most nutty religious fanatics on the planet with a sole objective of wiping Israel off the map…

Israel is doing the world’s heavy lifting in the epicentre of nuttyness and all the high minded hand washers get out of the streets with their genocidal placards cheering on religious terror groups.

Yes, they should be applauded.

Good for Israel is my thought. They have and continue to show that Islams hatred of non believers is not going to cow them. The simple message is they are not to be messed with and retribution will be visited upon anyone who attacks them- regardless of what is said about them.

Part of my thinking is that Israeli forces decently wear a uniform whilst their attackers disguise themselves as civilians, and hide  themselves and equipment amongst civilians, and most of the media only show 'civilian victims'.

We don't get to see any uniformed 'victims' or damage done to Israeli infrastructure.

Think back to when the Israeli troops moved in to various hospitals and found weapons and kit, NOTHING like fighting fairly.

I read in to that "TWO NUTTERS GETTING THEIR HEADS TOGETHER"

Yes this will probably mean more trouble for the West.

Posted earlier on X by the Israeli Defence Forces.

"In accordance with the decision of the political echelon, a few hours ago, the IDF began limited, localized, and targeted ground raids based on precise intelligence against Hezbollah terrorist targets and infrastructure in southern Lebanon. These targets are located in villages close to the border and pose an immediate threat to Israeli communities in northern Israel. The IDF is operating according to a methodical plan set out by the General Staff and the Northern Command which IDF soldiers have trained and prepared for in recent months. The Israeli Air Force and IDF Artillery are supporting the ground forces with precise strikes on military targets in the area."
