JKD
Like everyone I expect, the Xmas food is running out or has been finished, and I'm nearing to finishing mine π So to accompany the last of the beef was,,,, beautifully roasted king edward potatoes, carrots and parsnips,,, simmered sprouts and broccoli, my 2nd go at a YP, which was WAY better than the first attempt π€ All topped off with a basic gravy made with the veg water, a splash ofred wine + stuff π It was all cooked to perfection, tasted superb and I'm glad I made the effort π π Β Β

yates
Sat in the cab at the side of our 4th road traffic accident this evening, waiting for crash team assessor's to complete their assessment. I quickly glanced at the PW gastro section whilst thinking of the now burned pizza that I will eventually be returning home to(late again), and must confess that I am truly envious of your creativity. Well done that man

Just boil down fish-heads. That produces an appropriate glue and will no doubt improve the taste of the sprouts and certainly any wayward parsnips.
