welsh1 Posted Tuesday at 19:14 Report Share Posted Tuesday at 19:14 Tonight we tried roasted sprouts with Cajun chicken and egg fried rice. Sprouts cut in half coated with garlic powder and salt and pepper and olive oil and 5 mins before ready some parmesan and balsamic vinegar. All I can say is I like sprouts, but this elevates them up to 😍,the Cajun chicken had some bite as well. Sorry about the pic, had eaten half the chicken and some sprouts before I thought of taking a pic. Weather forecast in the house this evening, gusty to gale force. marsh man Posted Tuesday at 20:20 Report Share Posted Tuesday at 20:20 Certainly something different , I don't mind Sprouts but lately I have had them far to often so although yours look very nice I would have to give the Sprouts a miss , even though my house is well insulated there have still been a lot of draft coming in from somewhere and as there is only me and the dog then the poor ole dog is getting all the blame . Robden Posted Wednesday at 05:44 Report Share Posted Wednesday at 05:44 A top chef on a cooking programme said, "Before poo pooing the idea, try, (just a couple/few at first) deep fried sprouts." I did and was amazed.
