Nothing wrong with that T C , it look a bit more filling than your last nights salad with having the three baked potato's cut in half, Smoked salmon always seem a bit raw to me and I normally have mine baked in the oven , we used to have smoked kippers but still stuck them in a pan of water .   MM

As you well know I like simple honest food.

This evening I have had salmon.

Followed by a Tiramisu

Looks very nice, but I can't manage 3 potatoes!

They were only small spuds, honest.

Far better than big spuds people seem to insist on buying for baking (and paying more for) we've been having 2 small baked spuds every few days lately, 3 mins in microwave then 40 mins at 190 on a steel spike and perfection, beans, corned beef, cheese and butter and it's hard to beat.

The best bit about using small potatoes is how quickly they are ready.

I stabbed them and put them in the microwave for 4 minutes and started plating up the salmon and salad.

Then placed them in the air fryer for 7 minutes at 200 degrees C.

Put the dill and the salad dressing on and then cut the potatoes in half and dinner was ready.

SIMPLES.
