ShaggyRS6
Well the hutch arrived this morning at 08:00 as promised, the guys were up at 03:00 to deliver it to me and intsall. It came from up North. It was packed into the back of a LWB Transit and they had it erected in about 60 mins. As you can see it made from sturdy wood. Cant remeber the type he said, it also has a rubber roof. Both Floor sections are removable so new ones can be fitted if and when they rot. I actually fitted some horse mat's to the run part. I did not bother with the bedding area as I was sure Brian would not do his business there. True to form he has started going righ in the corner by the door making cleaning easy. As you can see there is a small door conecting the run to the living quaters. I am gonna leave this open over night as I dont really think it will effect the Temp too much. What I will do is cut a hole higher up in the living quaters and run some ladders so he can get in that way too. You will notice the 2 boxes i got for him and his friends (when they arrive) to live in. They are actually Parrot nesting boxes I got from a workshop in East Malling called Kent Cages. I also got 2 5ft laders and some ply too nail to the back. Last night I got some drainage pipe from B&Q and have cut some of that up, although at the moment he does not seem to keen on using that, prefering the canvas tube we got a few weeks ago. Well pleased with the Court/Hutch whatever you want to call it. Its the Dogs.....
Mungler
Hells bells. You got planning permission for that? If I were your fert I would think about a sub let to some immigrants and some cash rent in.

WGD
And this time last week it was "to marine ply or not to marine ply?" Excellent facilities, I'm sure Brian's pleased - he probably has room to sub-let to a couple of jills and some immigrants...
