stokie
I was at a clay shoot one rememberance sunday and they sounded an air horn at 11 and the guns fell silent . Two minutes later they sounded it again and every one in the stands shouted pull. As you could imagine all the guns went off more or less together. It was quite eary and made the hairs on the back of your neck stand up. Has anyone else experienced this. May we remember the fallen in peace and war time
Jan147
I shot last year on rememberance sunday and we stopped at a few minutes to 11, a whistle blew we had two minutes silence it was so quiet and all you could hear was total silence everywhere. Someone then blew the whistle and we then restarted. It was very moving to say the least and made you realise how much others had given so that we have what we have today.
