Just a little advice you didn't say if it's a wired system or a wireless? on our wireless system, you have to key in the code and deactivate the anti tamper circuit. if you don't and you open the sensor the alarm will go off all the time.

sorry didn't realize. what about cctv over cat 5 cable you would still need a power feed not sure the length of cable you can run 12v through.you could have power at camera. some info here and more.

You really need to see the full readings to get a better idea, as above if you haven't done an oil change you should add an oil flush to the oil and don't thrash it, drive normally get engine to full temp. change oil,oil filter,air filter. you may also have a engine misfire and not know.. how high is the hc reading..think the max is 200 parts per million

If the shower is taking hot water from a hot water cylinder then it could be taking air from the cylinder vent pipe.

As above disconnect the hoses to the heater matrix and connect a garden hose and see if you can flush water through it. if water runs through the matrix then you are looking for another problem,water should run out the other end of the matrix very easily NOT UNDER PRESSURE I'm sure there is a heater valve somewhere in the pipes in the bulk head

If you cant open the door with the key i'd have a look at the door lock assembly. I don.t know how this system works but if the lock assembly is not working properly will it not have an affect on the central locking system... holding a micro switch or rod in the wrong position just a thought.
