Bit of a side trail do you get a product called classic seal over there, its a rubber 100 mm tape that you stick to the shower tray edge and rest goes up the wall and tile over, seal bottom tile along with ct1 it forms complete seal around tray and any leaks run out front of the occur ....... As for the problem only way to completely cure remove tiles the tray or floor is moving so any repair will last a while but won't cure it......

youve plenty of height lay anything from riven flags to paving bricks over top on mortar bed choice is endless,,,acual non slip floor tiles for exterior are crud lookin so go with more of a garden type feature finish,, we use a lot of "tobermore paving" over here on steps etc very nice finish non slip i know its available over with you and im sure you have mainland manufacturers of similar products....
