Cookoff if you want to shoot steel, you carry on. As i said for me. I am not sure about shooting steel and what were to the barrel over time it might do. Ok new guns are steel prof ? or so they say. I just dont like the idea of steel on steel, it just doesnt sit right with me. Ok they say that the wad is the only part to touch the barrel ? we will see in time( As for the likes of Faulds and Digweed , i buy my guns and cartridges so i shoot wot i like)

If you dont like recoil buy a auto, the more lead in the air the better and as for steel the court is still out on that one. As for me , give me lead any day !!!!!!

I had a day like that , went into gun shop for some gun oil and came out with a new beretta 391 . I said to the wife, it winked at me just like shoes do with you. she just grinned and that was that and i had a new gun for xmas. Top job

I wish my 391 came with a 3/8 and 5/8 it would make life so much easyer

Hello all . I shoot most disciplines and i have seen autos used at all of them. DTL can be very clicky, easy to **** people off in. I use a u/o in DTL and ABT but i have used my autos and got on well. Sporting and skeet i love my auto, you just cant beat it Just buy what you want and have fun, if people dont like it nevermind, becouse at some point you know they will get up your nose Remington 1100 Game Beretta 391 sporter 2 Sporting and skeet Miroku MK 38 sporter for every thing when i feel like it

Energy saving bulbs are a wast of time. I still have to put a lamp on to read with the main light on , so whats the point. They just dont give as much light

You cant blame the kids, you got to look at home first !!. When i was a kid my dad work for a brewery so we had beer in the house all the time, so it was no big thing. My mate on the other hand never had drink in there houses, so they were like bees round a honey pot when they came to mine. Yes i do like a drink or two but i really dont think that making it £10 a pint would stop people buying it. We need to change the way that we drink. It needs to be made socialy unacceptable to get totally trolled when you are out with your mates( Yes we have all dun it but not every weekend). It's like all things just making you dig deeper into your pocket wont stop it, it just a way of making more money out of the working man!!! I am not sure how to fix things becouse you look at it, the kids think a good night is one or two lines of coke (£40-80) 10 pints(£35+), a viagra(£25) becouse they cant get it up and £10 for a taxi home. Is this a good night out!!

Would you buy a car with out seeing it first. Buying a gun on line is bad, just RFD to a shop and say to the seller that you will pay in the shop, if it is not what you want send it back. It mite cost £20 to do it, but it is better than being left with a sack of poo(yes it happen to me only nice paid first not a good idea)

The court is out for me on the semi's. I have two remington 1100, a beretta 391 ( Long store about the remingtons)And a Miroku MK38 sporter. What do i like the most, not sure on that one. The remingtons and great for ruff shooting becouse they are cheap and never miss a beat. The beretta well that spot on for skeet and sporting and i like the miroku for DTL and ABT. I have never had a problem with any of the guns. I just us a good 70mm cartridge. I do not do as much ruff as i would like and as for driven birds what the sport in that ? My dad showed me how to shot and with that came some rules, like always shoot a rabbit on the run and NEVER sat, if it's not a sporting shot then dont take it.

I have a beretta 391 urika 2 and that 5mm in case size matters. Anything under 70mm and it mite not go bang just click, but as for steel i have not tried it yet. I am not to sure about it yet

Just use what you have to hand, try it, see if you like it. Skeet is not everyones cup of tea. Dont worry about shells just have fun at the minute. You can spend pounds on shells and get no were. Just go with what you are happy with

If you feel happy about your shooting, just go and have fun, thats what clay shooting is all about, having fun and meeting people . If you take the pot then good for you, if not well you still had a good day. Too many people get hung up on money and scores and that take the fun out of it. JUST GO SHOOT AND HAVE FUN !!!!

I have a Logun s16 with a bad air leak in what looks like the rear seals by the bottle and pressure gauge.What happens is when i screw in the bottle, air just starts leaking at a hell of a rate form the body of the gun. Is there a mod to put this right and were is the best place to send the gun to get it sorted

Basicly the gun is very worn round the magazine and magazine follower. The magazine needs to be uncrimped to change the parts and then crimped again and that would cost more then the gun, but apart form that it works fine and shoots nice. I mite part with it for the right price ?

I have a couple of semi auto 2 remington 1100 and a beretta urika 2 sport. The beretta is easy to clean and never missess a beat. It is so much lighter than the remingtons and they have to be clean or mine gave me real problems. The beretta will shoot any cartridge from 67mm to 76mm, were the remingtons are very cartridge picky( mine hates hulls comp X with a passion)

For the money you cant go wrong top gun for the age

Can anyone help. I have 2 remington 1100. One is a 2 3/4 chambered and One is a 3" magnum. The magnum is scrap but the barrel is fine, would it be safe to put the 3" barrel on a 2 3/4 gun. I have had the 3" magnum barrel ported for lighter loads and just wondered if it was safe to still shoot 3" magnums throw it
