The choke in my 391 always comes loose. You put it in when the gun is cold ,shoot a cupple of shots the barrel get hot . The barrel expands the choke comes loose . I have to check it all the time when i am out shooting, it's a right pain in the bumm but i do love shooting the gun -
This has started a bit of a fire storm and really ruffled some feathers. I have to say thing are pritty simple, if it sound to good to be true then it proberly is. If it sound wrong or dangerous then it proberly is. I have shot small game and the odd fox but i am always lerning new things and better ways to do things . I just think you have to make up your own mind and go with it

Hi folks I was looking for a new shotgun . I like the idear of the 3.5"Mag .I want the gun for ruff shooting and odd fox. I have got auto's but never had a pump. I tenned to keep my guns for years so i was looking for a gun that will stand the test of time and is fun to shoot at the same time. I shoot in all weather so that is something to think about. When i am looking for a gun . I look for the best action an barrel i can get, i am not really a wood man to me a gun is a tool and must be fit for the job

50 yard rabbit with an air rifle. I would not like your chance of a clean kill at that range. 25 to 30 yard is more like it

I have a 391 with the extra wood and the stock got hit by a pace of clay. I try all the normal ways to get the mark out. I tried steam, hot iron on a damp cloth and the mark would not come out. In the end i had to take it to Jim's in Bath and when it came back it was like new

Yep MAL S right on that one . Dont rush into anything take your time have a look around . Buy once and get the right gun
-
Yep me to . I love the show and would love to go

Clean the guns well and have a look at all the bits and see if anything is bent out off place. Check the seals and gas ports. Then when you are happy put them back together but dont put to much oil in them . As for the Mag problem with out having a look i would not like to say. Try the guns with a 70mm 32gr cart they will make any thing cycle and then try lighter loads

Bloke has a point as long as they are safe then so what ,do you have to talk to them ?. There are some very strange people about that might think we are the nutters just for having a gun for what ever type of shooting you do -
Never had a pump it looks to much like hard work to me. Go auto
