One became a store manager at Argos and then a supervisor on the 999 Ambulance line. Neither job needed the degree she had but she proved she could learn

In schools you are teacher led to learn. In universities if you get a degree it shows you can put the effort in to study on your own. Yes there are lectures to attend but a lot of not most is down to you to put the effort/work in

What gets me is the no experience required. You can be Armed Forces minister then Environment Minister then Health minister followed by Chancellor. What hope can we have 🤷🏻‍♂️

Mines a hybrid 😇 Mines a self charging hybrid. Never just runs on ICE. Does a combination of just electric or petrol/electric together. It’s rare for me to get below 50mpg. Best I have achieved was 82mpg on a 95 mile run on I would say 2/3 motorway. Mines a motability car, would I buy one? No… nice enough car but the cost of replacing batteries puts me off, oh and I couldn’t afford to buy one anyway 🫣

If (god forbid) we tried to rejoin the EU the first thing they will insist on is us signing up to the Euro. I still don’t think people were that bothered either way whether we stayed or left. I think people voted the opposite way to what the government wanted as they were sick of being ignored. If the government wanted us to leave we would still be in it 🤷🏻‍♂️

Basic Plus “office expenses” Plus petty cash of which used to be £300/w, didn’t have to list what it was used for. *I found this out during the expenses fiasco, our local MP at the time used to claim the maximum amount every time, never varied by a penny, this was when you could log on to your MP’s expenses, he even claimed for a new TV for his London home 🤦🏻‍♂️ Plus all the other allowances you can claim for…. I imagine it’s still a pretty penny
