  1. No it was on you tube the other day. Just checked and it's still there.
  2. Sorry to hear that and I really hope they don't get any freedom for a long time. However I cant help but think you are correct and they will get a severe telling off and sent on their way, only to do similar again. I hope your young one recovers quickly physically and doesn't suffer to much anxiety afterwards. These people are utter scum who leave a trail of destruction behind them.
  3. Make sure its secure and out of sight of the ******.
  4. I would say it is an original, the elephant was a logo of the Cagiva group if I recall correctly and Ducati were owned by them until being sold off to Texas Pacific group. It's missing the screen trim which you should be able to replace fairly easily. Or just send it back if its too scabby to go on your bike.
  5. Here are a couple of videos which should help you out.
  6. If you want one go for the magtame, they are good bits of kit.
  7. For rim fire use the Deben Tracer's are a decent lightweight little light. I have a couple of them along with the light-force for the bigger rifles. This sort of thing should suit: http://www.uttings.co.uk/Product/639/103239/tracer-mini-gun-lamp-kit-gl2620/
  8. I had back surgery at the end of November, I'm hopefully getting back to work to do something next week. I found ITV4 was the best to watch. Only recently got the OK to drive so I am getting out a bit more now but the boredom being stuck in is the hardest part.
  9. Just check for any leaks on the radiator, waterpump or signs of blown head gasket. The coolant must have gone somewhere. When the level drops it doesnt circulate through the heater matrix as it often sits lower than where the feed pipes go through the bulkhead.
  10. Is the system full of coolant?
  11. Depends on your budget really if you can afford it go for a Foxpro, great callers but not cheap.
  12. If they were baiting then unfortunately they won't get what they deserve. Utter Scum with no regard for animal welfare.
  13. A lot of it comes down to personal preference, there is minimal difference in the sound reduction due to the sonic crack of the bullet leaving the barrel. I have an over barrel Wildcat Whisper on my HMR now but used to have a Sak & both work fine. The Sak is far cheaper than the Wildcat but I prefer the shorter more solid Wildcat.
  14. They are just reinforced sidewalls on them so they don't deformed when they loose pressure. Officially they can't be repaired manufacturers recommendations, in practice just plug it as long as its in the tread.
  15. Had the same with my Boerboel bitch, she is about 56kg. Had TPLO surgery on both back legs to sort the ruptured cruciates, vets fees came to about 7k but she runs about ok now.
  16. We get apprentices at work, some good some bad. The ones that are interested & don't twine about doing mundane stuff get more help & more of mine & other tradesmen's time & end up better for it. Although we have had some come in with a good attitude which didn't last, & others that were lazy ****s who have turned out OK. I have set them up for dirty horrible jobs in the past when they thought they were on for an easy afternoon of logbooks for not pulling their weight. They soon learn to listen then.
  17. Wam call or a Foxcall.uk call are both about £10 and will do the trick.
  18. That sounds so familiar, wrong gun or stuff out of season presents an easy shot, happens to me often.
  19. This should fit the bill then from others recommendations. http://www.uttings.co.uk/Product/543/106370/zeiss-duralyt-3-12x50-rifle-scope-52-54-21-9906/
  20. Uttings sell buck knives, and are good to deal with.
  21. I have a 3-12x50 Schmidt on my .223 foxing rifle. The thing is you won't want to go for a lesser quality glass but with higher mag after being used to the S&B you have now. I do sometimes wind it up to around 10x mag.
  22. May just want stripped & cleaned.
  23. For that money you could get an S&B, Zeiss or Swarovski scope which will be better glass than the Leupold. I have Schmidt's on all my rifles. I would recommend you don't go for any thing too fancy for field use, you don't need all the bells & whistles you would use for long range target shooting.

Your a fan of ITV4 too then.
  25. Have a look for a used Sako 75, either a full set up or possibly rifle and mod. Then put the best scope you can afford ontop of it.
