  1. Seems a few people had good Crow shooting yesterday! Good work Steve, keep on waking those neighbours up!
  2. The first video was good, some closer shots but in the heat of the moment.... The 2nd video i didnt get past the intro. No respect for those birds at all, I would hate to be the game keeper there watching those idoits blow the birds to pieces! - IMHO
  3. Sorry, leave them there to rot silently in the heat. Set the example!

    Nigel Farage

I wasn't really highlighting ISIS in particular here chaps, just the fact that our media is very biased lol. Hence why Farage is in the press. Its what they think the public want to read about so its in your face at the moment.

    Nigel Farage

Because our media are only interested in telling a story to get people to read their websites or watch their channel. They tend to forget things like 150 syrians being beheaded recently by IS because only UK people matter. Sorry small rant there!
  6. Would love to see some pic's please, try to talk the Mrs around :-)
  7. Good man, all that will do nothing but help him out in the long run!

    Taxidermy

    Prices please mate
  9. Oldest bird – Manx shearwater, 50 yrs 11 months Furthest travelled – Arctic Tern from Wales to Australia 18,000 km Amazing Data there! I wouldn't have thought they lived much more than 5-6 years in the wild to be honest!
  10. Im in Solihull so can get these! PM me if they are still available please mate.
  11. Check the video of him trying to get rabbits by putting snakes down their holes instead of ferrits!
  12. There are a number of woods that me and the Mrs take the dog for a walk and we are always finding mushrooms but to be honest im almost afraid to touch them incase they are one of the "bad ones" an i do something stupid like put a finger in or around my mouth etc and drop dead lol Is there a general rule around picking mushrooms to tell if they are nasty ones or tasty ones? I think i know what the Chicken of the woods ones look like but have no idea if there is another that looks like it that would make me ill or get all hippy trippy.
  13. Thanks chaps. Have the booklet now an just replied fandango :-) Any recommendations for kit that maybe needed. I have alot of stuff but non probably suited for water lol.
  14. To be honest I think they are only legally obligated to offer the same or similar level role in the company. So if she wants part time to be honest it may not be in the companies interest to have her part time. I maybe wrong and its a shame as loads of the women at my place come back on slightly reduced hours etc but you may not legally have a leg.
  15. Does anyone on here shoot at any of the BASC Permit locations in the lake disctrict area - specifically South Solway Wildfowlers Association.? Ill be heading up there in November and I would like a day out from the family whilst im up there so I wondered if anyone was a memeber of a club up there or could offer me any type of shooting to be honest. I have Full BASC insurance, have been inland wildfowling a couple of times around the midands and do alot of shooting whether that be SG or Rifles as I have FAC too and enjoy a good lamping session on Rabbit / Fox. Maybe a Deer Stalk.... Thanks Chaps, thought I would ask on PW first :-) Tim
  16. I have a fair bit of kit from A1 and all is top quality and no issues at all, fast delivery and good customer service although a little more pricey than others out there. Half shell Flocked deeks are great wet or not no shine from them, Netting is great and my flapper is still going strong etc.
  17. I have not tried Win's but CCI were ok and Eley have been good. Mine didn't like the CCI Segmented rounds though.
  18. Short an sweet! Let the funny stuff be done by the best man, remember that everyone is there to hear that not the FOB speech too much. I got married last year and my FIL did about 10 mins, so did i and then best man 15 to 20ish and then broke down in tears so no one remebered ours anyway.
  19. Lovely Gun, Heavy but i love mine, I have the same set up although Pred 8 Mod.
  20. Haha beat me to it, i just clicked back on PW to post this. Im sorry i dont care what anyone says, this is not safe. They could be shooting at anything. Its not about where the noise comes from but what is behind it / infront of you and between the target! Unless a blind person is with an experienced guide / hunter / tutor they will more than likely be firing well..... blindly in to random places, by saying this im not saying they can not shoot in a range or something but being given hand guns and let loose in the public is just asking for trouble. Thats my 2 pence on it anyway, sure someone may have a different opinion lol

    DSC 1 - DVD / ROM

Hi Gang, Looking to do a DSC at somepoint but would really like to have a look at some of the course material that they cover. Has any one got an old Disk with info on or one they can copy? Thanks Tim
  22. Yep its a bouncer. Can be good to help direct birds in to your pattern. They sell them on most of the decoy sites.
