The son is maybe serving his apprenticeship? How is he going to learn the trade without experience in the real world. If the guy was charging £60 per hour then just dropped his lad off to do the work then fair enough that's not right. And I have seen it done. How do you know how much the lad is getting though, the dad might be on £55 an hour and only gives the lad a fiver?. Doesn't sound so bad then does it.

The job will be quicker with two doing it. One can be putting all the bits of the toilet together whilst the other is altering pipework. One can be draining all the heating off whilst one is measuring position of new rad installing new tails,getting flooring up etc etc.

I bought a new Beretta vest and its a very snug fit too. Mines a medium and fits like a small. I should have really sent it back for the large but couldn't be doing with all the hassle. Its fine with a long sleeve t shirt but come winter with a thicker sweatshirt its going to be very snug.

The old dear next door has it climbing up the front of her extension and its damaged all her flat roof. Its good for down the side as we get blackbirds and robins nesting in it, but its getting out if hand now she's let it stick to her fascia board and flat roof.

We have the sonos soundbar. Its a lovely piece of kit.Bit expensive though, especially when a two and a half year old drives his toy cars over it!

They do ask you apparently if its going to be a long case. They can put you up in a hotel and all sorts if you agree to go on one of the longer cases. Some people on my wifes had just sat for 2 weeks doing nothing waiting to be called. She spent most of the 1st week doing work on her laptop then got called at 2pm Friday afternoon! She was all done and dusted by the next Thursday. She did say she enjoyed the case that she was on as it involved cars , but there were some harrowing sex cases going on which wouldn't be very nice.

Wife just did this a few weeks ago. Luckily she runs a large business and paid herself for the two weeks off but you still lose out on extra child care. They did pay her £8 train ticket every day and gave something like £5 for lunch. Its just something she'll have to do I'm afraid. The wife told them she couldn't do some dates due to business meetings and they wrote back and said "well what weeks can you do"so there was no getting out of it unless you get a doctors letter.

We charge what we want to charge. If we were so expensive then we wouldn't still be in business. Of course customers can shop around but us plumbers/heating engineers can quickly weigh people up and decide its not worth our time even going to the job to price it up (for free). Yes we sometimes forget to phone people back but its because we're busy or have guaranteed jobs in the pipeline. And the quote that "we are plumbers not rocket scientist" is quite insulting. Maybe you could give it a go and see how easy it is? Work in an office by any chance?.

I've the Peugeot expert. Seems ok,plenty if poke to spin the wheels out of every junction if you're heavy footed. Fits my lads car seat in and a passenger ,bit of a squeeze though. Has armaplate on the locks and deadlocks on all doors coupled with the factory deadlocking. Lots of mod cons compared to the old expert/dispatch etc.

Just give it some time then start booking random cars in for big servicing jobs, a few mots etc etc. Waste his time a bit, maybe go online and do a few reviews for his garage. Its amazing what 10mins of your time and a few email addresses can do lol.

You won't go wrong buying from kelbrook. Malmo are another good gunshop.

Round here the scam is to add on delivery when they come to the door. Even though you have already paid for it. Say food is £10 then £1 for delivery, the driver will say £12 please when he comes to the door.So you're charged twice for delivery if you don't argue it.

Lenovo are a good make. The wife uses them for her business. There are some good deals at the moment. A g50 for £200 delivered!. Not a top spec machine but for that price its a bargain.

Ladies Seeland tupelo skeet vest for sale. Only used for around a month before changing to a Castellani vest. This is the black vest with silver/grey around the pockets, sized as a small but in reality its more of a medium. This is specially cut/shaped for the ladies. One of the pockets has come away at the edge which just requires a very basic sew back with needle and thread( pics to show) At the top near the zip a small part of the fabric has come away,again just requires sewing back(pics to show) Otherwise in excellent condition. £15 plus postage.

Classic cars, limited editions,80s and 90s cars like the escort rs turbo,escort cosworth ,tommi mak evo 6. Or classic 80s 90s icon bikes Rc30s rg500s etc etc. If I had somewhere to keep them that's where my money would be going.

We've had custom made shower screens/enclosures made in the past to various sizes. I'm sure it was a company called coram that did them for us. Give them the measurements , angles of cuts etc and they will cut it and put it in a frame for you, or a hinged door fitting.
