  2. Thing to do is find a bush that drops 1/2 the powder amount and put 2 drops of powder in each case first, you have to do this without the shot in the hopper, powder all your cases first then add the shot, Jim
  3. I use a flang disk and RTO all my new Remington 10g cases with steel and lead loads, Jim.

  10. Roughshooter post me all you RTO cases, dont bin them, I roll all my steel loads now, i only loss 30fps compared to crimps, all you need to renew a RTO case is a tapered dowel and a steaming kettle,comes out like new, Jim.

  12. Got to agree about the lee loadall, I have them in 12g, 16g, 20g, Even use the 12g one to resize,deprime reprime, and crimp my 3 1/2" shells, only use the mec to add some taper so they feed into the auto better, Still cant beat the RTO with a flang disk in the 16g though, Jim.

Hi, Take it from me as a 65mm 16 bore user, get a lee loadall even a 12 bore one and use it to drop the powder and shot only then RTO new cases in a piller drill by far the best way load and a lot easier than trying to get good crimps, but if you intend reloading once fired crimped cases then a 16g lee or mec is the way to go, Here is a good site, http://www.16ga.com./home.html Jim.

  21. I use a full choked 16 bore A5 auto with 7/8th oz #4 which is deadly at 45yds on rabbits, Jim.
  22. Hi, I have both 10 and bored out 8 bore, Take my advice stick with the 10 bore you will get far better patterns and range, dont wast your money, Jim.
