There is also the tax and costs associated with the down size. We currently have very high levels of home ownership and its in the psyche. Nothing wrong with renting. With the current tax on rental property purchase and sale and the shift of law to benefit renters landlords are in a difficult spot. You don't have to be rich to set up a trust.

I wouldn't say all as there are a fair few lost but in general yes. We drop ducks and geese into a local village and the pigeons go to the bird boys if we can stop the locals trying to pick them up as we shoot them.

Even if your not set up for dealing with the birds how many realise and are set up for the work involved? In Africa we shoot big numbers but I have a bird boy picking up. I have drinks, food and carts (endless supply) brought to my seat. The bird boy will pick up the empties and its still hard work.

We have two signal systems I think the same. There is AIS a tracker system ours is based on the VHF transmitter but there is also an S AIS that also has satellite tracking. This shows where the vessel is course and heading and produces a track. This would be deactivated if the batteries were flooded. There is also an EPIRB that is satellite based that is launched when a boat sinks or a life raft is deployed. This transmits a location signal. That could account for the time difference. We also have AIS in our life jackets which is activated on immersion. Apparently the yacht has large saloon doors (main entrance to the interior) on tracks the retaining mechanism for which is known to be problematic. When the boat heels the mechanism is incapable of holding the weight of the doors without additional strapping and they fall open.

I think your right. We rarely sleep between anchor watches in even a small storm. That's quite an AIS system they have if it can do that.

When the pre-fabricated connecting bridge was delivered, it was found to be too short, as the plans for the hotel had been modified, moving it away from the ICC slightly, but the bridge makers had not been informed.[citation needed]

I remember the bridge constructed between the Hyatt hotel in Birmingham and the International Convention centre being installed. Unfortunately between the bridge being commissioned and installed the hotel was moved a couple of meters. The bridge was too short. Quite a few red faces.

I put deer carcasses at the top of the field and have buzzards come in often with ravens. In the last two years more red kite's, sometimes five at a time. It's an awesome sight. Not sure the neighbouring farm appreciates it.

I have a 20g o/u as my go to gun when hide shooting with my spaniel. It's simply brilliant. It takes some getting used to and is far from a nice gun, but when you get used to it its superb. Almost airgun quiet you can hear the pellets hit the target and use it without ear protection.

When did you last attend an event involving over a million? Its all proportionate. Same as the riots over the last few weeks. In this case some choose to associate the trouble with 'non whites'. I don't hear blame being heaped on the whites for the riots. Is it the whites or the blacks causing the trouble the hatred in this country? No it's the minority across the spectrum that is the problem and those that use racism as an excuse to further hatred.

Given the number of people involved do you think its justified to think negatively of Black people because of a minority of offenders? We would not draw the same conclusions for a football match between Celtic and Rangers for example.

I guess the Farage track record of damage to UK plc speaks for itself. We have yet to see Starmers output. The UN today speaks of the need to investigate and sanction xenophobic discourse by public figures.
