  1. Yep. Dan barrel blacker. Just had two sets of barrels back from him this morning. Excellent work. No RFD required just post your barrels and wait. πŸ‘
  2. Less is more with this. A very thin layer palmed on with your hand.
  3. Slippery **** wax. No it's not a joke it's a brilliant product. It won't let me put the name. It's the short name for Richard πŸ˜‚
  4. I have no issues whatsoever using Fiochi 24g through my 28 gauge. Recoil is no worse than 28g through my 12 gauge. But it does fit me like a glove.

No. I watched bits of the American chat show she did and read about her telling Spotify not to allow shuffle on her album and put me right off her. Shame as a very talented woman.

Yep. She has a huge talent that nobody can dispute but she seems to be taking herself so seriously now. She used to be such a laugh but has all of a sudden gone all Serious and Hollywood. Such a shame.
  7. This πŸ™„ someone's unwanted gun could be someone else's treasure.
  8. I have the KOFS 28g. I bought it on a whim as wanted to try a 28g, think I paid Β£479 new. I only use it on clays using Fiochi 24g carts and now no longer bother with my 12g s as my scores are much better with the KOFS. I have put a few thousand carts through it and it's never missed a beat. Build quality is lovely on the outside great wood and decent fit and finish. Inside parts are a little unfinished and obviously built down to a price. I am comparing to my Guerini or Beretta but it's a fraction of the price and as said it's been faultless reliability wise.
  9. Yep. Never noticed the trigger pulls so must be OK. Certainly I don't notice any difference to my other non KOFS guns.
  10. I also have a 410 yildiz. Same no issues at all. Although only light use. I rate the Turkish guns.
  11. I have a Koffs 28g. Bought new for Β£449 about 3 years ago. Purely bought on a whim to try a 28g. 30inch barrels. Used purely for clays so put a couple of thousand carts mainly 24g size 7.5. The gun has not missed a beat and fits me like a glove hence I'm hitting about 10% more than I ever did with my 12g guerini maxum. Recoil is low the weight of the gun is perfect to carry all day long. Build quality? The internals are obviously stamped out metal and made to a cost but as said its never let me down. The wood quality is pretty good for a cheap gun. I have refinished the stock with an oil finish purely because I prefer the look. I'm sure someone will be along saying unless it cost 5k + it's junk but I can only tell you my own experience and it's been 100%positive.
  12. Yep. It felt dirty admiting I preferred the veggie one.
  13. If you think about it. Who created the fuel shortage debacle? The great toilet roll shortage? HGV driver drama? If the media hadn't hyped these issues to create chaos and panic we would never have known and life would just go on as normal.
  14. Lansky Croc stick. The one in a wooden box or a spyderco trisharp. Both have 20 degree angle and are honestly fool proof as I can use them.
  15. I enquired about having two sets of barrels re blacked. Never received a response.

I have a few of the TBS knives and they are top quality. Best of luck with your sale.
  17. Heinnie Haynes do some kits folders and fixed blades. Uk based too.
  18. This. My dad has been very ill in hospital. Every day I phoned his ward for a progress report. 9 times out of 10 I spoke to someone with a very limited English. I kept having to ask to speak to someone else. When he had passed away they phoned me at 2.20am and I couldn't understand a word, she didn't even understand when I asked to speak to someone else. I had to call back later. Upsetting and frustrating 😀
  19. I used to use a lance from clean your car. Com but got bored of all the faff. I now use a hand held pump snow foamer from carbon collective. Easier to use and takes up less room.
