  1. And who makes the laws the judges must follow!
  2. Like we've been saying in other threads, the woke Brigade are responsible for this. You hear them bleat about human rights, I'd like to see them have that debate with this poor woman and her baby, who's lives have been devastated by someone who shouldn't be here.
  3. How do you know they didn't try? Well that certainly changes things and goes to show people shouldn't jump to conclusions. I mean why do people assume the police would want to shoot someone, I would imagine it would be the very last thing they'd want to do. I watched a fascinating documentary on Anthony Long the ex met firearms officer with the most shootings, I felt rather sorry for him by the end of it, I certainly wouldn't have wanted to do his job.
  4. I would imagine the vast majority of people are up in arms about it, but that just shows how ridiculous our voting system is, as I'm sure Wales will yet again vote for Labour, you couldn't make it up.
  5. To be fair, I don't spend huge money on day to day living and I'm the type of person who likes to buy once and cry once, so I don't mind spending out for something nice. Although to be honest I've always undersold anything second hand, the way I see it, I've had my use and I like seeing someone go away happy with something I no longer use, that they will. Although if this one lives up to expectations, I plan on keeping it, most of my shooting these days has been shotgun and centre fire, but I seem to get pulled back to airguns every so often, I guess it's the nostalgia of first getting into shooting and a 12 gauge is overkill for rats 😂
  6. I will upload some, I've bought a mint used one in walnut, so couldn't choose any varation. I like the sound of that and I really don't mind a weighty gun, even when out hunting.
  7. Thankyou mice, your input is very much appreciated 👍. I'm not looking for better, on a par will suit me fine, which considering the ongoing debate would suggest performance wise, there's not a great deal between them, which is fantastic.
  8. Exactly. My thoughts, the establishment want us to believe we're locked in a two horse race as it keeps the same elites in power. The vast majority, particularly the working masses have very little power and never have, the only influence we have is a vote at the ballot box every 4 years, why we keep giving it to political parties that have proven time and again they don't have our best interests at heart is beyond me.
  9. Weight is not a factor that bothers me to be fair, accuracy and shot consistency are far more important to me. I do think my slr98 was the pinnacle of spring/gas strut air guns, I do miss it, especially when I think I sold it absolutely mint, with scope for £300 several years ago. Being out of air gunning for a good few years I was a bit shocked at the price rises, especially when other firearms don't seem to have gone up as much, but I've owned most other top springers, I'm hoping this is going to be a keeper. If it's as accurate as the past hw97s I've owned I'll be happy.
  10. If you listen to some, the uk is a racist, xenophobic, homophonic country full of little Englanders. 🇬🇧🤣
  11. What about the uk citizens facing terrorist atrocities, or innocent murdered and raped due to unsafe illegal immigrants being let in?
  12. Nothing surprises me anymore, I shudder to think the total cost to the UK of all these illegals is, especially when you factor all the things that can't easily be measured, like loss of culture, no go zones, loss of employment and wage suppression, terrorism ect.
  13. Hi guys, Haven't had a air rifle for a few years but have shot alot of springers over the years. Well I got the itch again and have recently ordered a prosport, in the past I've owned several different air guns, among others the bsa lightning, several different Weihrauch including the Hw97k, air arms tx200, theoben slr98, brocock predator (before licensing requirements). For me the Theoben (I seriously regret selling that one) and hw97k really stood out. How does everyone think the Pro sport compares, I've big expectations, but it has stiff competition and big boots to fill!
  14. The dog has bitten out of pain and fear, many dogs would do the same, Talk about mountains out of mole hills! That said, going forwards it is important boundaries are set and the children and dog learn what they can and can't do. I'd also put a stop to the play mouthing, as it's fun when they're a pup but not so funny when fully grown and tearing holes in your teashirts.
  15. Your having a laugh, the vast majority of the illegals that have come here will likely never see themselves as British and would be on the first flight back to the country they supposedly fled from if they were required to fight for the UK.
  16. Maybe so, but the reason we are being invaded is our own spineless politicians.
  17. Spot on and if the rest of the EU did the same the entire continent would stop the illegal immigration problem overnight. The solution however is still simple, drop them on a French beach whether the french agree or not. We'd get called hurty words and the french might make crossings difficult ect, but ultimately, migrants would stop trying overnight.
  18. It's such a simple problem to solve made so difficult by useless politicians and our 'friends' on the continent.
  19. All seem like good appointments to me.
  20. Apparently migrants already in the uk are funding their family members to come here illegally. So as if it's not bad enough, the more illegals that come, the more that will multiply. We need the tories and labour out immediately, or this will never stop.
  21. Watched this earlier. Is it just me, I was absolutely shocked that they reported half of social housing goes to people not born in the uk. I knew this were bad,but that's utter lunacy. Anyone wondering why the children can't afford to get on the property ladder would do well to watch this report.
  22. Until we get completely new leadership. Labour is on 47% in the polls, we have nothing to loose, if reform get a decent vote at the elections there are 2 future outcomes, reform could win the following election, or the Conservatives would need to actually deliver what the public want, or become a fringe party. Same, they no longer get a penny from me.
  23. Absolutely spot on. The fact people won't admit it is ridiculous and don't forget the strain on all public services. I was going to go into this but didn't bring it up as it's another subject. Your exactly right of course and unfortunately to undo the damage done from being in the EU could take decades.
  24. I fully agree immigration is not the largest driver of house price increases but it's certainly not helping, it's simple supply and demand, more people equals less available houses, leading to higher prices.
