  5. Hi you should have no problem with a gunsmith sorting the gun out to fit you , I set my guns up by re-facing the joint between stock and action without the spacers you can chisel and file to get the exact cast and drop for you as not every body built the same hope this helps

  7. Give It a good clean all internal parts take all the packing grease off etc and sparingly re oil and some makes of cartridges are stamped 70mm but can be 67 or 65 mm as they are safe to use in a 70mm chamber you need to measure the empty cases
  8. I am 100% with you on stamping out bad behaviour and un-sportsman ship in all aspects of our sport and we do need to protect our clubs and leases and posts on here could do a lot of clubs harm, but when goose fever and greed takes over a chosen few forget their manners again I am with you on there is a price to pay for the disregard of club rules ( I do hope this does not turn to a witch hunt )
  9. this is a FWA matter and such has been handled by the committee and would have thought that this post has no place on this forum and should be removed (imo) as FWD members will most likely be informed of the outcome in their newsletter (again this should only be relevant to FWA members)
  10. Had this a few times reloading ely cases with cx2000 primers must be a problem as Cheddite now have a primer a tiny bit bigger than the standard cx2000 if I am not mistaken they were available from clay game for reloaders, hence maybe a small size batch got mixed up going through the loading process at the factory

  14. To set your eye relief on the scope set your parallax to infinity and put a sheet of white paper about 6" in front of the scope you may have to tilt the paper slightly to reflect light back into the scope and adjust the eye relief ring until the crosshairs are as dark and as thick as possible that should sort it
  15. looks like you could use a plastic chopping board that professional caterers use and cut out the shape you want with a coping saw and file to the final shape would be easy to do

    Cabinet locks

Hi Darno the cabinet locks are usually a 7 lever mortice dead lock as found on external wooden doors a search at local ironmongers or e-bay will get you sorted the key is normally 65mm back from the front face of the lock but check the cabinet before you buy
  17. If its an external or party wall it will be plasterboard dot and dabbed onto thermalite blocks not good for a fixing you can use concrete fixing screws about 150mm long and screw straight in no wall plugs needed ( just check for wires and pipes behind plaster board )
