  1. I've got a couple of empties kicking about. Pay for postage and I can send them.
  2. Sold to Plinker pending the usual - Thanks.
  3. Upgrading to a Viper soon hopefully, so have this Mamba for sale. Just a couple of months old, will come boxed with mounts, 3" sunshade, Spare battery and flip-ups. Pretty much as new condition, and sports the SBC reticule and removable reticule illumination unit. Look on www.mtcoptics.co.uk for full details. RRPs at £199, I'm looking for just £140 posted.
  4. Barbour waxed jacket - Green - Gamefair version. Size C42, has recently been re-waxed, and can be supplied with 3/4 tin of wax if required. Excellent condition throughout. Hardly used. Looking for £60 + £10 P+P.
  5. Probably depends where you download it from. For sake of argument, download one from www.frozen-roms.in Download the file to somewhere you can find it easily (i.e. desktop) You'll also need "Winrar" to unzip the file (Google it and download it free) So you've downloaded the file to desktop. Right click on the file's icon. Select "Extract here" A couple of new icons should open onto the desktop. You want the one that looks like a file folder. Open up Winrar. Click on the file folder you've just extracted, then click "Extract to", and select the desktop again. Once it's extracted, close Winrar and you should find an icon that looks like a blank sheet of paper with file extension .NDS at the end. This is the file you need to copy and paste onto your memory card. It contains the game itself. Depending on whether or not the R4 card has operating software on it or not, you may need to download this also onto the memory card. Hope that helps.
  6. Nice shooting bud. The .17hmr is a brilliant rabbit busting calibre. I have the American CZ452 with DM80 mod and it's just a fantastically accurate rifle. Have you had the spring sorted with a trigger kit yet? I got one off the bay (4 tubes and 4 springs) for a tenner... Trigger pull went from around 5lbs to exactly 1lb... MAJOR difference!
  7. Is it a full length moderator, or one of the 9" jobs?
  8. i disagree with that mate. sometimes i have shot rabbits with hmr and the others havent even moved. the noise is loud but as its a sharp smack in sound some of the rabbits dont no where its coming from and the just go about there thing. where as with the 22lr i found you have more of the others running away. the wizz of the 22lr rounds as its subsonic seams to put them off more I had that for the first time the other day. I shot at bunny about 40 or 50 yards away (But hit a branch which was overhanging) only to see his mate running towards me along the field line! He must have got as close as 20 yards before I pegged him.
  9. Yep, I got a 2/3 gun cabinet for sale. In Fife, so not too far away. Looking for £50 for it. (good condition)
  10. 60 hours around the time my missus was having our child. I was working night shift. Had got up at 7am on the Thursday, worked from Thursday 8pm - Friday 7am... Stayed up to take her to the docs as she was overdue. Stayed up all that night cos she was in pain, etc. She got taken to the maternity ward Saturday evening and didn't have the wee yin until the Sunday. No red bull either - Adrenaline and excitement I suppose. Strange feeling - "Fuzzy" Head, you feel kind of drunk and your senses go to a certain extent. These days (still on nights) I tend to be up for around 30 hours at the beginning and end of a string of shifts so as not to miss out on a day off.
  11. Don't think I've ever had 10 in one shooting session... maybe 7 or so. Good shooting mate.
  12. Very unusual to find them... the barnacle version was always more popular.
  13. I thought the Cube was pretty good actually! Haven't ever seen any sequels to it though, mind you.
  14. As title, 2/3 gun cabinet for sale. I have 2 scoped rifles and a shotgun in it at the moment, but is a bit tight - especially if I want to shove something else in there! It's not the really deep kind. Grey hammered gunmetal type finish and in good order. 1 set of keys. Collection only - £50.
  15. Decent little guns these - And the woodwork is dead easy to strip down and re-do.
  16. Just the one (Side by side) 12 bore these days, although i've had all sorts in the past. Just no need for loads. I think in the early stages of SGC ownership, we like to explore new toys, but then settle on something practical and useable.
  17. Dunno how old it is, mate to be honest... The condition is very good though, and the action is nice and smooth. I've had a PM regarding the purchase of it, but buyer needs a couple of weeks. Fingers crossed, but you're right, cracking wee guns and a bit of a bargain.
  18. Pity you need single trigger - I've got a nice double AYA Yeoman.
  19. My Winchester 9422 (shoots short/long/long rifle) underlever is up for sale - Looking for as close to £140 as poss. Great condition with a couple of minor buffs, but works perfectly!
  20. I'll hopefully be going on the Friday (anybody got some free tickets lol?) Went last year for the 1st time and I was really impressed at the variety of trade stands and displays. The foodhall was just excellent with the wild boar and game pie stall being my personal favourite!
  21. I've always used an O/U or semi for clays/sporting, but I picked up an AYA Yeoman yesterday and took it for 25 sporting clays. First time out with the Side By Side and I managed 23/25... probably better than I would normally shoot with my regular gun! Looks nice walking around with a SBS for some reason!
