That is nice. I really like sidelock side by sides, they're about as traditional as you can get and they look lovely. I'm thinking of getting one myself now I've sold my Beretta. I don't clay shoot like I used to so something like this would be perfect.

Do you mind me asking what it cost you?

I have the silver sable sidelock ejector with a churchill rib and cocking indicators . A very good quality copy of an english game gun . I love shooting mine and find it fast handling and a pleasure to shoot . I have been using a 25 gram no 6 load for all game and pigeon shooting and find this load to be excellent . Enjoy your gun they really are a quality gun at a reasonable price .

Harnser .

Thanks :good: I love it.

Think they were made in the 1980's. It's no antique anyway.

Put 100 through it on the clays on saturday. Takes a bit of getting used to. Can't say the recoil was too bad at all. I was expecting to be beaten up by it :good: With 28 7's.

The trigger pulls are really nice on it. Got caught out by the auto-safety a couple of time

The same gun i had , though the side plates were a bit diferent, very similar wood...... beautifull !

I used to fire 1oz Impax as choice, although i fired alot of 32 gm loads no problem. They handle really well and are beautifully balanced and a joy to put over your arm and have a walk round..... if i wern't so broke i'd buy another at the drop of a hat !

Enjoy your new purchase, i'm sure you'll be very happy.....i was.
