Peter De La Mare
I have no choice but to use Muck Boots as they're the only ones I can get my comedy superhero sized calves in. I think there are better ones around, but probably not for the price point they're in.
dogmansteve
muck boots light weight warm, wouldnt have hunters given there ****.
christy
I have Hunters, they are lightweight, easy to walk miles in and comfortable. These are my second pair in ten yrs and I would buy again.
WGD
Not again... do a search on wellies and you'll have enough reading to keep you going until next Christmas. Can't guarantee you'll conclude anything though

anser2
I have tried a lot of wellies and am of the opinion cheap rubber boots from my local farm suppliers are the best value at about £9.00. I wear wellies almost every day of the year and find the cheap ones last just as long as those you pay £75 for.

ME
Le Chameau Chasseur leather lined. The most comfortable footwear I own. In fact I am spending a days shooting in them today.
starlight32
Red setter's from cabelas, 400 gram insulation, zip up and choice of plain or camo delievered to the uk for around 60 quid!!
wymberley
Don't know if they've changed the spec., but my Chameau got thrown out before the boots themselves were any where near worn as the sole stiffeners were metal and had corroded ruining the insole. Aigle now. Cheers

anser2
I agree with you Zipdog. I went through 4 pairs of hunters in three weeks last year. All had different faults from spliting sloes , perishing sides and soles falling off.
