Brad93
As the title suggest i'm after a pigeon call, at the moment i'm doing a lot of roost shooting with an air rifle, and could do with something to pull an extra bird or two in Any recomendations would be fantastic

Alanl50
They are all kack, I bought 2 distressed rabbit calls for me farmer because he loves his fox shooting they were appalling bought the first one that was bad, bought the second thinking it might be better------wrong, the only thing distressed was me gave both them to him we laughed Alan
Cranfield
I don't know of anyone who has had any success with pigeon calls, I think the general opinion is that they are a joke. A couple of well placed lofted decoys will bring the pigeons into the trees better than any strange noises.
fullbore
I thought calling any bird for any purpose other than photography etc was illegal

Catamong
Dont bother they dont work Yes, they're a bit like snapcaps, totally useless bits of kit, but good for fleecing newbies coming into the sport who don't know any better. Ferret Master
Very little use for shooting here... however I promise you I am not joking with what I am about to say. I can make a very convincing woodie 'coo-cooo-coo-cooo' by blowing through my rolled up tongue. While this may suggest to some that I have finally lost the plot, it has pulled down some birds from high up in trees that I knew were there to lower branches out of curiosity.
