Harnser
In the states it is classed as proberbly the best wild meat available . I have eaten it over there and it is absolutely delicious . I liken it to strong beef . The fresh liver cooked in the field is out of this world . UKPoacher
If it was skinned it would be no hide deer. And if they took away the 'Mo' and 'se' it would sadly be 'o deer' and smell rather. Edited November 15, 2011 by UKPoacher

njc110381
Fair enough! At least you're honest! I think if you want a decent piece of meat you either have to pay a bit for it or shoot it yourself! I would be slightly concerned that being from a supermarket it may just be priced up **** that's expensive because it sounds unusual but hey, if that happens I just won't buy it again.
