Marine1980
Did you buy the dog to match the waistcoat or the waist coat to match the dog?
Highbird70
LOL....but thats not a lab...thats a Labbradodle..... now I'm stirring in the big pot...lol
oscarsdad
Labs are boring. They do what you ask when you ask and will sit still being lazy. They are also walking dustbins hoovering up anything they can. What you want is a cocker. Take absolutely no notice of whatever you ask of them until they feel like it and would rather run around at a million miles an hour ears flying all over the place just because they can. Lol. All gundog breeds are great....different dogs for different jobs. My cocker is useless at all of them haha! (my fault entirely as he has the potential to be very good, but he is only 1 so still a baby really.
Mitchsan51
Hmmm My waiscoat came from the hair that she shed. AND a bleeding labradoodle....YUCK LOL from Bahrain.
lee-kinsman
They do what you ask when you ask and will sit still being lazy. I'd like one of these labs. My 16months old black lab is brilliant but nearly everyday he needs convincing that my way is the best.

"they do what you ask when you ask and will sit still" Thats why we have them for shooting I have a few dogs, two labs a whippet, which is old as the hills and a Springer. I did have a Cocker (Never Again) I must admit the labs are a pleasure to be around even if I’m not working them, as for spaniel only for a daily walk or work, they make you bloody dizzy. Actionpigeons
Can you spot the difference in the OP picture, and the picture of the Springer. The Springer needed to be on a lead to keep it still long enough to take the picture….lol
P~MX
look in the box at the bottom right ' more reply option' click then on the bottom left there is a box to 'add an image' click it i'll open your picture folders on your pc, click/highlight the pic you want then click 'save' on the bottom right then hit 'upload' -- should do the trick for ya

unclestuffy
... they are definitley unbeatable if you love your springer. This of course is highly subjective. Note no lead required as the sure way to stop a springer running off is to use a very strong glue on the paws Edited November 1, 2012 by unclestuffy
