mudpatten
Still illegal? Prostitution is`nt illegal and never has been. A lot of the attendant circumstances such as soliciting, procuring, pimping etc, are, but the actual act of having sex for payment is not an offence. Sometimes a barter system is used by women. Ask any married man.

Twistedsanity
Sales of goods act wouldn't apply as he hadn't paid anyway, maybe trades description would have applied? I thought prostitution was still illegal? Why didn't they do him for that? Prostitutes used to get done for soliciting and living off of immoral earnings
mudpatten
Personally, I think the bloke was being a bit picky. Doing her from behind or, insisting that she wear a bag on her head, would have been a mutually acceptable solution to the problem.

mudpatten
Yes, it`s a legitimate business expense, but it must be made of paper. You can use a plastic one but the outcome is likely to be different.

unapalomablanca
Who thinks that people who post links are lazy? I never click on them as i think the op should describe, explain and engage. Does anyone else not bother with a thread when it has a lazy link to click?
