The gocart was knackered and worth nothing, ok it will cost probably £50-£60 to replace, but we made a mistake not triple checking on her actions, surely it is up to us to pay for our daughters inadvertent mistake? I am.sure even THEY will have a heart and let you "and the police" know if it turns up I have had LOADS go missing from My garden. I welded up a target holder for my Son out of a Chair. Also swingers out of an old lawn mower handle! Then last year I made a Brazier from an old washer drum. They took that too AND my car ramps I have had Scrap metal thieves in the garden on more than 6 occasions and ONCE saw one climb the wall to peer in. I opened the window and told him to do one!
