The thing is - you should be looking at the target/bird NOT a ruddy great luminous bead on the end off the barrel/s. It takes your eye (well they do mine)

A simple white or brass bead is all thats needed just so its in your peripheral vision.

I don't see GD using one!!!!!!!!!

Is that a bit clearer :)

Some people like them, some don't.

They do help with gun fit. I would worry about anyone who said the opposite. When I am shooting, I just don't notice it. I have had them on about my last 12 guns.

Ironically, some people dismiss these whilst extolling the virtues of snap caps. You couldn't make it up.

I have just purchased an easy hit and fitted it to my gun, yet to use it but wanted to know if anyone has one and if so how did they get on with it? Thanks

I had one on a beretta 303 when I bought it and quickly changed it for a small brass bead instead because I found it way too big and a distraction. I would call it an easy miss

Hiya can I ask were you got your small brass bead from cos I fancy doing the same, cheers!

If it makes you feel you shoot better then it's money well spent.

No different to people constantly changing chokes or using different cartridges in each barrel etc.

Each to their own. If it helps then it's done its job.

I recently bought a miruko 20 bore with one of these sights on it . I asked the RFD who I bought the gun from to take it off and put a single bead on the gun ,which he did . He then said I don't know why people put these on a gun ,they would be better to invest in a couple lessons with a good coach .

I had a bead half way down as well as at the end which I didn't like, so when I took this off to fit the easy hit I found it easier to see with just the single bead at the end. The easy fit I have can easily be taken off while I'm shooting so I will have a go with it on and off and see what I feel is best, as people have said I guess it's personal preference in the end. But thanks for your thoughts so far
