How much is the pic with the bike on sale for?

 

It is quite a large painting and is for sale at around £600.00 as this particular gallery charges 40% commission and I have a further 20% to deduct as tax. Some galleries charge as much as 40% + VAT , before I deduct a further 20% for tax, and the exhibition/competition organisers the Taps drawing is bound for in London charge 50% + VAT, so it doesn't take a lot to price a work out of a sale. People however, will pay big money for artwork in prestigious London venues so it will be priced accordingly. Limited edition Giclee prints of the bicycle are considerably less.

As **** law would have it a woman I know asked to buy it the day after I took it to the gallery, so she is hoping it doesn't sell, but has said she will commission me to paint another if it does. We'll see.

Here's an acrylic I did quite a few years ago of a Diamond Grade I once owned and a couple of Snipe.

The gun didn't turn out as good as I'd hoped, but I was happy with the Snipe.

That look excellent, I am really impressed in how you have captured the engine turning, it strikes me as something that would be hard to convey in a painting, but you have it blob on.
