September 6th I think 😟 Looked at a city break aboard can't do it for less than £800 Same with London! Got two kids! So that's bumping the price up!! Any ideas on where and what to do! Want to stay sonewhare? brett1985 Posted August 3, 2015 Report Share Posted August 3, 2015 book a hotel in Bath for a couple of nights, visit the thermae spa with the rooftop pool (go for the twilight package if you can...) go out for a nice meal and a boogie.... job done! that's what I did for me and the wife for our first anniversary and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. I played rugby in the day time against Lions and got my wife to drive over and meet me in the restaurant. I had already supped one or several beers, was still wearing my club tie and was sporting a fresh shiner! We celebrate twenty years this year. I've led a charmed life. Lovely individual chalets in a converted Milk Barn- projector for TV, super large copper type bath at the foot of the bed for some romance and log burner ( gas fired replica but still nice ) .
