Swatting what? Where a 32g #6 wouldn't do the job?

 

I think you guys have weird expectation of what ammo should do.

 

3" would be 50g +.

 

Am I missing something?

30g with 7 shot in a 76mm is very effective. Lots of shot in the air!

So do you understand that the 30g applies to the weight of shot in the cartridge? if so the size of shot 7 will have similar volume to 6 shot

and will fit in a 70mm case.

I wouldn`t have thought 2 grains of no7 would be many extra pieces of lead over 28 grains Try member propercartriges if you want any special

loads making.

I think this topic has run far enough and we had a few laughs at the OPs expense.

 

We are here to help. If you actually want a 50gram #7.5 then they are not that hard to make. Expensive. But not hard.
