reggiegun
Shot this fox last night, seen this a few times, but it never hung round for a safe shot. With the strong wind last night I think it gave us the advantage we needed. Shot just under 200 yards Dougy, shot the traditional way, with Striker 170 lamp, you can tell I am not jealous of your night vision/thermal tools :-0 Edited November 14, 2015 by reggiegun

I understand he holds the lamp for you then

Archie-fox
Get it lamped and shot then man. You been out lately? Where you shooting now and did you sort your rifle out when variation came back? In a little shoot in Lancashire mate, nice farm with some good lads, few woods and cover crops, cooked breakfast in the pub then onto the shoot for a few drives.. Not been out much really, been too foggy on my farms and just pouring down with rain, got a days munty stalking in Jan... New rifle 6.5x55 sat in the cabinet just waiting to pop up to macavoys to get the scope... Then it's onto testing rounds to find the best...just seems to be all work at the moment and no play...
