Yep I can put the photo up!

My lovely Mrs said we are going visiting this afternoon! Now I was wishing I had not had that lie in

I had two hours so shot off up the fields. I left Jess at home as she seems off or just knackered from a weeks walking/hunting.

Being tempted to buy that nice Kentucky smooth rifle for sale on here in .50 I thought I better dig out the .45 version I already have!

This pheasant dropped in of all places a big wild dog rose bush! Hence the face! My hands are scratched to boogarar.

Loaded with 5/8oz or there abouts of #7'narfs, three thin cards with moose snot home made lube betwixt and the same volume to shot of fine black.

Oh and just got back home in time!

Short version , one or two think that those of us who shoot live quarry with 7.5 s are " Immoral " , they could be right I am switching to 9s :)

Nothing wrong with that. I used to do alot of woodcock shooting. I always had small shot like that in the first barrel. Nice one UD. Got to say, I really love your photos. Have a great 2016.

Thanks chaps.

Take no notice.

They fail to see it don't need much to rattle heads and necks!

They are fixated on energy all the time!

One of my favourite shells of yesteryear was champion 32g#8 for crows! Any one remember them?

Quite right , trouble is I have issues keeping quiet when people spout tripe

32 gram 8s , not I would like to use those on pigeon !
