Fuji Shooter
Just about to get some tickets to see Ginger Baker - Airforce 3 tour in April. Should be interesting. I'm expecting 90% pap and 10% of sheer brilliance. But he is Ginger Baker and April is a way off!
Vince Green
I met him once, briefly, many years ago. He was a bit odd then but in a troubled genius sort of way. I reckon it will be good, where is he on?

Fatcatsplat
He'll have lost a lot of his speed though - Apparently a very itchy character to get on with.

Gordon R
He is still the greatest jazz drummer there ever was I recently watched the film about Peter Ginger Baker "Beware of Mr Baker". In it, he broke the nose of the film maker for not listening properly. I think the quote might incur similar treatment. Ginger believes that he is the best drummer ever - full stop. I happen to agree with him.

Vince Green
Clapton is God. LS Gary Moore is with god. Clapton said he felt physically sick the first time he encountered Hendrix. His admiration for Hendrix has been one of his most endearing characteristics, no envy no put downs just straight honest admiration without strings. Yes Clapton is God. Honest too! Vince Green
I went to school with Gingers son Kofi who is also an awesome drummer for a while when they used to live in wembley Thats how I came to meet him when he lived in Wembley, He bankrolled a gearbox company called Aldenham Automatics where my mate worked for a while . Don't know how he got involved with that, don't suppose he knows either. He used to just turn up and hang out there for a few hours at a time. It was like he enjoyed the company. He was probably quite a lonely person.
