Kalahari
I have a pair of these picked up at an auction (lot less than £70) as "truck bins" they are excellent, but they do have one drawback they have hard non adjustable eyecups which are fine if you don't wear glasses. Savhmr
Used poro-prisms from Zeiss (1970's or 1980s) for about £50 are the best bet I reckon. I haven't yet found a cheap pair of new roof prisms that were worth buying with the possible exception of some cheaper Opticrons or Steiners which were ok. Bought some rave-reviewed Hawke Endurance bins for my wife recently but returned them as they were utter carp optically. Was rather surprised as I have a Hawke Endurance ED spotting scope which is excellent, but I would never waste money on Hawke bins again. At 200 feet though anything would do but try before you buy as its a personal thing RE fit etc. Avoid the £5 joke bins sold at petrol stations...they'll end up in the bin and not being used because they're that bad.
