The lowa army cold weather boots are very good. I use to have them for work would last a year or more being used every day, even when they fulling apart they still keep the water out.

If you are looking to spend a bit more ( quite a bit more) The scarpa manta boots are good if you can find an older pair ( new ones are a bit bright)

Size 9 Craig. Was walking the hill the other day foxing and the feet were burnt of me an I said I'll not be at this craic again without good boots lol

I've got some issued altbergs in size 9, if you look after them they will last you a life time. I use mine for all the above and more.
