ShootingEgg
I have areas where there is nothing, no signs, but other places you trip over them, spoke to a friend yesterday and they said its all mixy rabbits round them, dog constantly brings them back to her. Dekers
I was waiting a few more weeks here to be sure the does had stopped suckling when they all vanished overnight. Exactly what happened to me There could be several reasons for this....including.......... That may be because a professional got in and did the job! There seems to be two very different sides to this shooting malarkey, "Sport" shooters and professionals, no professional will ever wait for bunnies to stop suckling of grow up, they ALL go on sight! kennett
Exactly what happened to me In the right year does will suckle nearly all year round so this is pretty much pointless. If rabbits are eating crops, the farmer doesn't care if they have young or not

Wb123
I have been asked to manage them not wipe them out.. Likewise, cant shoot the black ones, keep the numbers down around the cross country course but dont worry too much about the hay fields. He said you used to go out and count over 100 just walking around his small holding, now there's almost none! Probably alot of shooters round there bud.. So combine shooting and disease they disappear quickly. I gained a permission early this year then the owners daughter went crazy asking loads of people to shoot the rabbits. It went from hundreds to none in less than two months. Would of been a great perm to manage as it wasn't needing total wipe out.
