Sco77w
Hi. I was hoping to get some new wellies for Christmas but didn’t (thought I’d dropped enough hints but obviously not) so it looks like I’ll be buying my own. has anyone got the Jack Pyke Ashcombe zipped boots? just wondered what you thought about them or should I just stop being tight and buy some aigle or Le Chameau? bluesj
Don't get Harkila, mine have only lasted 11 months before splitting, probably not used the more than a couple of dozen times. Ive had aigle for many years with no problems, just couldn't find any when I need new wellies

WalkedUp
Alternative view: wellies are ok for walking your dog in the back garden or been chauffeured onto a peg, proper Gortex lined boots are the way to go. I’ve had lots of expensive wellies but barbed wire etc consistently holes them no matter how expensive they are.

db135
I’ve got a pair Aigle leather lined a couple years ago for Christmas. Before getting them I was wearing my Hoggs of fife wellies with vibram soles. The Aigles are great but still rate the hoggs

Sco77w
Cheers everyone. I think I’ll look at the Parcour ISOs when I can get to the shops.
