yickdaz Posted August 12, 2023 Report Share Posted August 12, 2023 Wasn't looking good at first couldn't find birds in a decent number anywhere a few birds here and there flitting about on the wind spotted a good line in the end they wanted a stubble over the boundary from us though so tried to decoy them on a grass field bordering the stubble it worked to an extent twice as many passed wide either side of us than what came over us but good shooting on the strong wind picked 40 and lost 10 from 3pm to 5pm Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I shot a cracking bag last year decoying on a grass field on the flightline to standing wheat, it’s amazing to see them decoying in when it’s clearly not where they want to be.
